Thoughtful conversations about faith, culture and politics.
Holy Post Media helps Christians engage the post-Christian world with clarity, humility and conviction — without getting pulled toward outrage or drawn to easy answers.
We’re here for people who want to think deeply and live faithfully without losing their footing.
We know what it’s like to feel a little… disconnected.
This is a space for people who feel politically homeless, spiritually curious or caught between polarized camps. A place where thoughtful disagreement is possible. A place where faith isn’t reduced to slogans. A place where conviction and kindness belong together.
We believe you can love the historic Christian faith and still feel unsettled by how it’s represented in modern culture. Holy Post exists for people who know there has to be something better. You’re not as alone as it feels.
Subscribers help make the Holy Post Media possible.
Our member-supported community powers the podcasts, videos, articles, live appearances and more that keep us all thinking and talking. Together, we explore theology, culture, politics, history and the Church with curiosity and intellectual honesty. We ask difficult questions, welcome nuance and complexity, and believe serious faith can still make room for laughter.

Who We Are
Holy Post Media is Phil Vischer, Skye Jethani, Esau McCaulley and Kaitlyn Schiess, along with a team who takes the gospel seriously, ideas seriously and ourselves not so seriously.
Phil is a storyteller who integrated his faith and passion for filmmaking into a project called Veggie Tales, which found its way into a third of American homes.
Skye is an award-winning author, speaker, consultant, ordained pastor and creator of With God Daily, the devotional for people who hate devotionals.
Esau is an associate professor of New Testament at Wheaton College, a regular columnist for The New York Times, and senior pastor of All Saints Naperville.
Kaitlyn writes about faith, politics and culture as a book author and contributing writer. She’s a doctoral student at Duke Divinity School and a Sunday school teacher.
Committed to smart, pro-neighbor Christian content.
Phil and Skye started The Holy Post Podcast in 2012 — a place for two friends to discuss current events through the lens of their shared faith. They found a growing audience of fellow travelers, and Holy Post grew to become one of the most popular Christian podcasts in the country. In recent years, we’ve added voices, expanded into more formats and grown a team that helps us:
Promote a faithful vision of Christianity for today
Address the elephants in the room
Be curious, not condemn
Not settle for easy answers
Expand your outlook, not narrow it
We’re theologically orthodox, committed to Christianity’s historic doctrines and the authority of the Bible. Being pro-neighbor means we value all made in God’s image and don’t think diversity is a threat. Maybe best of all in this polarized world, we’re hopeful. While it’s tempting to use fear and anger to build an audience, we prefer to address today’s challenging realities by viewing them through the cosmic optimism of the gospel.
"I've been looking for Christian answers to our political problems. Holy Post has been eye-opening, affirming, and challenging all at the same time."
